Inpatient Psychiatrist - Adult and Geriatric- FocusedMission Hospital is seeking a full-time hospital-based psychiatrist to provide service for an inpatient and outpatient psychiatry programs within the Mission Health System. This is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. The program includes: · 40-bed Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry Unit · 10- to 20-member Partial Hospitalization Program · 11-bed Psychiatric Evaluation Unit Clinical duties include providing psychiatric evaluations, busy consultation service, behavioral treatment planning, individual interventions, and working with interdisciplinary treatment teams and an active ECT program.Position Highlights· Paid allowance for CME, subscriptions, dues, conferences · Salary plus bonus system · Medical liability insurance · Relocation allowance About Mission Health SystemMission Health System, based in Asheville, NC, is the state's sixth largest health system, with a team of more than 6,000 professionals caring for patients over an 11,000-square-mile area.
